The OEUF MATINAL  Gift & Rewards Card

The following Terms of Use Agreement apply to the user of the Oeuf Matinal Gift & Rewards Card. The use of any Œuf Matinal Card constitutes the acceptance to the terms and conditions identified in this Agreement.

Use of the OEUF MATINAL  Gift Dollars

The Œuf Matinal Gift dollars can only be used as a form of payment at the Œuf Matinal location. The Œuf Matinal Gift dollars allows users to add dollars on the card for future purchases. The amount on your Œuf Matinal dollars do not expire, they are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Adding dollars to the OEUF MATINAL  Gift Card

You can add dollars to your Œuf Matinal Gift Card at the Œuf Matinal location. A minimum value of $10.00 is required per Œuf Matinal Gift Card activation.

Use of The OEUF MATINAL  Rewards Card / Account

REGISTRATION

You need to register your profile online at www. ŒufMatinal.com and link your Œuf Matinal Rewards Card to your profile to become a privileged member OR you could use your smart phone and opt to obtain a digital Œuf Matinal Rewards Card upon your registration. The choice is yours. Start by filling out the registration form to receive an activation email and then click on the link to authenticate your membership inscription.  

BENEFITS

All Œuf Matinal Rewards Card holders can obtain advantage dollars per dollar spent pre-tax at the Œuf Matinal.  All valid members can redeem their advantage dollars for delicious meals from the Œuf Matinal location.  Valid members will receive and may earn personalized email promotions from time to time from Œuf Matinal. 

PROMOTIONS

Promotions are offered and emailed to privileged members only and are applicable for a limited time to the location identified within the personalized offer.

MEMBER

A valid member is any customer who has completed the free registration process and activated their Œuf Matinal Gift & Rewards Card membership profile by using the web and a valid email.

LOST OR FORGOTTEN PROMOTIONS

The Œuf Matinal Gift & Rewards program and any Œuf Matinal location cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or expired promotions and or cards.

REWARD POINTS REDEMPTIONS

Only a member’s activated Œuf Matinal Rewards Card can redeem advantage dollars as a form of payment  for future purchases made exclusively at the Œuf Matinal location.  A minimum value of 10$ advantage dollars is required to be used upon every redemption at the Œuf Matinal location by any Œuf Matinal Rewards member.

TERMINATION AND EXPIRY

All Œuf Matinal Reward dollars that have not been used for 365 consecutive days from their last transaction will be terminated and all benefits of the program will be expired. 

MODIFICATIONS

The Œuf Matinal Rewards Card and the Œuf Matinal location reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate The Œuf Matinal Rewards Card program, to alter, limit, modify or add to the Œuf Matinal Rewards Card program rules, regulations, terms and conditions without prior notice at any time and from time to time. As permitted by applicable law, any amendment will become effective at the time the amended agreement is posted online through www. ŒufMatinal.com.

PROTECT YOUR CARD

You can register your Œuf Matinal Gift & Rewards Card online at www.ŒufMatinal.com to protect the balance on the card. Your Œuf Matinal Gift & Rewards account balances are only protected from the point in time that you notify us of your stolen, lost or damaged card and the identification, verification of your profile has been established.

CARD BALANCES

You can obtain the balance of your Œuf Matinal Gift & Rewards Card by visiting the Œuf Matinal location, and or online at www.ŒufMatinal.com. Any time you conduct any Œuf Matinal Gift & Rewards Card transaction, you will be provided with a receipt (proof of transaction) clearly identifying the card’s new balance. You should validate every receipt and safe keep all of you receipts for future reference if required.

ERRORS

The Œuf Matinal location shall have no liability for any questionable transaction as transactional errors need to be identified and resolved at time of occurrence with the management of the participating location. Any questionable transactional errors need to be communicated to the management of the Œuf Matinal location. Œuf Matinal reserves the right not to accept, load or re-issue Œuf Matinal Gift & Rewards Card to any customer and or member if Œuf Matinal reasonably believes that the use is unauthorized or fraudulent.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada therein.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between card holder and Œuf Matinal, its stores, and exceeds and joins all prior agreements.
